We have use Positiricty 3 times since our arrival in Florida. I highly recommend their service!nOur technician was punctual, efficient, polite and very professional.

Mike Tracy and Ryan B. We're fantastic on their appointment to fix all of the outlets and again on the breaker box. They were so kind and courteous with our time in respect to work from home. Everything was clean and looked better than what we came into. The Palms, formerly Turnbury at Countryside, owe a great deal of thanks to you for protecting their residents. The directions and words to explain how it works was a nice addition to someone who wasn't sure about how to operate the new breakers. Overall, this was my best experience I have ever had with electricians and I used to do construction.

The electrician arrived on time was very professional. We had three outlets installed and also had three flatscreen TV’s mounted. We were completely satisfied with our electrician Jeremy!

Great place with hard working electricians.

Positricity deserves no stars, but I had to choose one to leave this review to caution people as I would want to be. I paid $2724.00 for a circuit box instillation 4 months ago. I also had other work done. I had Positricity over 8 times to correct their various mistakes. But my circuit breakers were still incompletely labeled and erroneous. The manager Mike gave me his word that he would have the breakers correctly labeled. And he would personally come over and relabel my circuit box over a month ago. I reminded him of that when I had another issue a couple weeks ago and couldn't identify what the problem was immediately. 4 days ago I had an electrical fire and I called him to remind him the box is not labeled correctly and how difficult it is to determine what the problem is because they did not do their job correctly. Mike was again condescending by saying what he thinks I want to hear, and that is extremely disrespectful. While talking to him it became clear he wasn't going to make this right. Today, I realized the fire disabled the well pump. And their label in my circuit box states its for the water softener and it is not. And I am in the middle of extensive and expensive landscaping, and my new plants didn't get water. I had to manually water everything today because I need electrical work. This company is not reputable and Mike is certainly not honorable so I asked for a quote from another company to re-label my circuit box. They quoted me $250 for what I already paid for.
