Doug is the name of the guy that came to do the work. He have no idea what he is doing and try charging overprice labor onto us. He came out two times just to tell us the unit is bad after installing a component that was good. We are going to BBB and FTC for this topic.

Stay clear from this place!!! They do not have a clue at what they are doing and will try to convince you otherwise. They would order the wrong parts and charge a service fee each time they came out and learned it was the wrong part. This company also quit in the middle of the job once paid I gave them a check that paid for more than half their work because they kept begging and wining. After giving them a $5k check, they skip town and refused to finish the job. To add insult to injury, they sent me a invoice the other day for the last call I made for them to finish what they started. You have been warned!!!

A/C stopped blowing. I called. The technician, Byron, came. It needed a part, he was back in the afternoon. Fixed! Cold A/C. This all during the hottest week of July!! Thanks to Byron for polite, quick, excellent service.

I highly recommend A&H to anyone needing electrical or HVAC work done. They installed a brand new indoor/outdoor unit, new ductwork, sealed all cracks, installed a new breaker box, water heater and added insulation in my attic. The crew was very professional and on time. They placed coverings on my floor as not to get dirt on my carpet and also brought huge fans to help keep my home cool while they were installing the equipment. The whole project only took 1&1/2 days to complete.nThey did a GREAT job and everything works perfectly. They are the only ones I will call for any future needs, THANK YOU A&H!!

A & H Air Conditioning in West Point, MS put in the air & heating unit in our new house in 2011. We just had to get a new unit put in 2018. Started having problems less than one year after they put it in. The outside unit did not match the inside unit. They made the drain in a complicated maze so that it would stop up. The coil leaked and ruined our new floors. The inside brand name is a name we have never heard of. They did a poor job.nPrairieMississippi
