He is just an agent with a very unprofessional behavior. Cars are very poor and the Inova he gave me was in very bad condition and as I was with my family and I got too late for reaching airport.nPick up and drop he took 4000 and firstly he said it will be 2000.nJust to trouble us, he didn't came on time to pick up the car and as he was having deposit money, he just blackmailed .
