This laundry is run by big fraudsters in Haldwani. The website says 20% on 1st order and it was confirmed to me by customer service representative but the laundry owner of Haldwani branch declined to adhere to the discount and said we do not follow what is given in website and we have our own rates.nnVery poor customer service at store
