Though no. of staff personnels are limited (usually 5) but are supportive and listen to customer problems.nnThe guard is quite gentle in providing writing services for illiterate customers e.g. filling different withdrawal and deposit forms of daily bank business !

Staff is like other SBI branch, not supportive. Bank often crowded as only one single bank around that area, you can't get other bank atleast upto 15 kM redius with is at Lohaghat Block.
