HDFC Bank

One of the worst experience I have ever received, They cheat us. First they said that your loan is approved sent us the mail and message as well. Then convenience my father to open the account on HDFC. Took signatures on all the documents without even filled the doc, Me and my father asked him about the same they told us will fill later the doc first you do the signature part I have pictures of that.Than they keep saying that loan amount will transfer in your account in 2 -3 days and it took 15 days, After that they send the random guy Shashi for inspection to my village viz. Champa District Godda. Who gave the wrong information to Deoghar (Loan head office) that there's permanent address is Jamtara which is not we live in Champa village comes under Godda district. Now they are saying that your permanent adress is Jamtara so we can't offer you the loan because your permanent adress comes under red zone which is not true they manipulate my permanent adress. They totally did fraud with us. Will write the mail to all of the senior person for this deceit as well.

Pathetic service ,today they refused to deposit money in my account,they denied depositing because mine is salary account,never heard of this excuse earlier in any of bank .very unprofessional thinking bank runs because of them.stupidity has a New high with Godda branch.

Very poor performance and unprofessional.work is so slowly that government bank is seems more effective.I surprised because other branches are too good & fast.

Normally good service. Well furnished Bank situated in the East side of the main road of Pirpainti Deoghar Road, Godda, Jharkhand, INDIA
