Behavior of Doctors and staff is not good. No proper advice and suggestions given. They don't refer to other tie-up hospital for super-specialty treatment even though the insured person and his family members are eligible for SSTs. Doctors gives general medicines and will ask to continue for days and if you request for private hospital referrals for better treatment/facilities, you will be asked to go to RIMS, Ranchi. Patients deserves quality healthcare not your rudeness.nWorst experience.

Very bad experience of esic hospital namkom hospital ranchi .. dont care of patent, lady nurse staff are very chip way to talking to patient , They don't care .. ..
