Brahmananda Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Jamshedpur

The hospital was good few years back but it has not been maintained. All COVID 19 safety precautions are just for namesake. The behaviour of staff is not good. I sincerely request the management to live upto it's reputation of being one of the few private hospitals in Jamshedpur. I hope to see some positive changes. Keep up the good work amid the pandemic.

I have too much expectations as this hospital is part of NH group. I am very much disappointed with the service & the management. It's as bad as government hospitals. The doctors are very good & am thankful for my mom's successful operation but the way she is treated post surgery is not acceptable. I booked private cabin for Rs 2,40,000. Please note:nn1. Rs 1650 extra charges per day from each patient for PPE kit - hospital is so poor that they can't afford it, forgot about PPE kit, I don't see nurse wearing hand gloves or any PPE kit.n2. COVID-19 patient, cancer patient, normal patients are sharing same building, same lift service. Who is following the protocol here?n3. ITU/ICU - Trainee nurse serving ITU/ICU patients, don't know what to do? No care at night time, my mom kept on calling throughout night for help, water but noone came.n4. Private cabin - Housekeeping sucks, they don't even talk properly. Just asked for bathroom cleaning 2nd time in a day, they simply said they are supposed to do it once in a day only. Hot water is like cold water, asked for bath towel - said not available. No patient care when asked for help.n5. Package: A package of Rs 2,40,000 is given where my mom is not given any proper comfort, no discounts available, management is so rude, misleading and won't allow any concessions.nnKindly tell me what I am paying for. This would be my 1st and last experience with your hospital. I don't stay here but I would definitely report this to bangalore office as you are spoiling the name of NH group.

1650 extra charges for PPE kit from every patient.nCovid test to be done from doctors specified lab before any medical procedure. Why a patient should pay for PPE kit wore by all medical staff that too 1650. It should be from management to buy PPE kit for its staff.

Hospital is really good...doctors are really very kind and friendly to the patients and care them with full responsibility.....the one and only thing which is still to be look after is the hygienity of the hospital. Otherwise it's a really one of the best hospital in East Singhbhum

As my personal experience, this hospital is not good at any service. No cooperation between drs.Different drs.give different view at one patient. First proper treatment should be given to patient before demanding the amount to pay. As we think drs.are living God,but I learnt from this Hospital drs.and nurses are doing their works like a devil.
