Even small medicine store avail discount of 15 to 18% on every purchase But here there is no discount of ₹ 1.

Largest medicine shop in this area. And that's why so much arrogance. Very high prices too. All the shop boys are like SBI employees. Sitting on the counter as if doing a favor.

If given an option would have rated zero. Made an online purchase for my mother since she couldn't go out due to lockdown. Got a confirmation that medicine would be delivered on a given date and time. No delivery made after waiting for 5 days and when called the shop, the person responded extremely rudely and said when there is no medicine how will we deliver (note : the medicine was available in their list when I placed an order). No sense on how to talk to customers, I would say, as the way he talked wasn't expected. Please don't run an online delivery business when you have no sense of it.

I never had a good experience of this shop . The staff of this shop are so tighten by the proprietor that they even don't share the important information .
