This railway station has been upgraded into new facilities like new entrance, tiled floor ticket counters, cleaned separate toilets and well-maintained 1st & 2nd waiting hall.nnBut the only disappointment I had with the trains that never come on time.

Clean and well maintained

This is a small terminus, which connects the town of Giridih to the nearby town of Madhupur. The tourists who arrive to this town, often avail the railway service. The station has only one platform, and the station is good enough to manage the incoming crowd. But the main downside of this station is the lack of lavatories, and inadequate amount of light in the station.
