Take your id proof along with you if you want to visit this place. You can see various tanks, missiles and helicopter also. Maintained by indian army. Capturing photos is strictly prohibited.

We visited this museum in July 2019 and it was worth a visit. I am being from an Army background, anything related to military thrills me a lot. You have to deposit your ID proof at the entrance and the entry is free. The place is quiet and you can see tanks, missiles, planes etc., in the museum complex.

It's an amazing place. There are tanks, cannons, communication devices and an aircraft outside the museum. Inside there are 3D portrayals of bravery stories of our soldiers, hall of fame, mini cannons. It's definitely worth a visit. Try to use the bus service they provide. Better than taking a rickshaw.

Great place to see old and new guns. Small writeup on placard provide interesting information and history. An old airplane and a gun turret for marine warfare is also displayed. Most of the equipment displayed has seen action in past. Must visit. Note: check over phone before visiting. Closed on Thursdays. Even if main building is closed on Thursdays, you can visit many equipment displayed outside. Must carry valid ID proof for entry in military area.
