Decent place to stay and just opposite to Railway station. During my stay there was some staff argument going on hence I requested for an iron thrice and was never given to me. Tea and coffee were watery. For buffet - starters are good but the main course needs to improve its quality.nOverall stay was satisfactory.

Hotel Sagar is famous in Durg and is good thing they are doing but there are lot of loopholes that need to improve.nnImprove the service as i visited the Bar and seen glasses were not clean that was given to us and complimentary that was serving was changed from another and was improper way.nnOne more day i reach there and they gives us a bowl of puffed rice snacks and said rest other option are finished but their bar was running, So how you can say finish if still guest are with you so you need to have look into it.nnSeen your employees were wearing ID cards that was shocking as when they serve it's was hanging to the table, you should give them only name plate that will attach to their shirt's pocket and give them proper training to the staff, The bar man also not bother to see the services are proper or not as we are sitting just infront of him.nnSo please take care of the thing, give proper training to the staff and rest all the things are good.

The service was poor, the wifi facility wasn't unavailable, the professionalism of employee was not upto the standard.
