This museum is set up at the back of Rajnandgaon fort, popularly known as Digvijay college, This museum is set up to commemorate 3 veteran writer and poets of early 90's, they are Gajanand madhov muktibodh, padum lal punna lal bakshi and baldev prasad mishra, you can find their literature works, their clothes and lots of pictures related to their life.

This monument is located in the Digvijay Autonomous College campus. There were 7 major doors in this fort. Some were destroyed. This memorial is on the last door starting from the main door - college Muktibod, Padmamalal Punnalal Bakshi and Baldev Prasad Mishra is a memorial and a museum of related items.nIt has an adjacent rancisagar and an adjacent old soprano pond ..
