To explain this in less words ... MACHINES AND EQUIPMENTS ARE GOOD BUT ITS NOT SPACIOUS AND WILL MAKE YOU FEEL CONGUSTED.

This guy's a very professional and it is worthfull to join this gym and the trainer gives you proper guidance and do there best job on you and give proper training to you although you don't have P.T. bt they do tell you how to workout if u ask for it.
