Reception staff are very careless lifting the cl and keeping the phone aside for hours .no responsibility at all

I have visited Vijaya hospital today for dr. Prasad. Who is standing infront of his room door, the lady doesn't know how to behave and give service to patients. Poor and cheating communications. NOT RECOMMENDED. Neither rules nor que, only recommendations work. Worst and poorest service I have faced. Utterly UN PROFESSIONAL.
