Being a PG Physiotherapy resident , I was always on the other side and very well knew that the management of Sancheti hospital is supreme. However , this was the first time when I was on the patient's side. My relative , who's 78 year old female was detected as Covid positive and we immediately took a decision to get her to Sancheti after speaking to Dr. Nirali Mehta who's an Orthopedic resident and Dr. Chaitali ma'am. We were in Bombay and those who took care of her were in Pune. The entire staff on covid duty was extremely helpful right from admission to discharge. She was given utmost attention and a prompt treatment. The hospital management did a great job my making the entire process easy and secure for us. Doctors on covid duty helped her throughout. Physiotherapists have done a commendable job by getting her move. The staff regularly kept us informed about her progress. Special thanks to Chaitali ma'am and Wilone ma'am who made sure that the patient care was great. We knew that we were in safe hands when we got her to Sancheti hospital. Not just one of the best hospitals for Orthopedics in India , it also has proven that it is equally good and supreme as a covid unit. Blessed with great doctors , physiotherapists , nurses , other staff and undoubtedly an amazing hospital management staff , Sancheti hospital takes every step to ensure patient safety. Special mention of Wilone ma'am again who kept us constantly updated. Our relative has tested negative now inspite of being a geriatric with underlying age related problems. I'm extremely proud to be an alumni of this great institution. All the good wishes and blessings to the entire staff.

Had excellent experience about hospital. It is best for Ortho treatments and surgeries. Doctors are very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. They took all required precautions before surgery. Communication to us and patient was very smooth, no hiccups. Highly professional yet affordable. No unnecessary delays like other few institution.
