There are lots of issues with this hospital. Their is lack of coordination and communication between senior doctors. No one knows what other is doing and why. One lady resident doctor in ICU is very rude and insensitive to patients and relatives. Her treatment to patient was inhumane and painful to old and helpless patient. Such doctors should not be allowed to treat helpless patients in ICU. They are always looking to make money by suggesting unnecessary procedures for the patient. I am very disappointed with this hospital and would never recommend it to anyone else. I would have love to give them negative rating but this is not there hence I gave them one.

I had visited this hospital last year(5-3-2019) for complete body checkup for my mother. Thay said everything is fine. There is no need to worry. She was having a problem in uterus some times ago. So I thought to do a complete scan but the doctor said her uterus is normal and looks fine. But in october-2020, she was again suffering from pain in her stomach and near uterus area. After another round of scan in different hospital, she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Doctor who diagnosed cancer said that ruby Hall doctors missed this one. If they have diagnosed her properly last year they we would have treated her in stage 1 only. Do not ever visit this hospital. They will just make money, nothing else

Everything about the hospital and it's doctors are good too. The only think I dislike is why do u give an appointment for 1 hours prior to the doctor's time of arrival. If the doctor comes at 12 pm everyday then why do u start giving appointments from 11 am. We don't have time to waste in the hospital specially during the Covid pandemic.

This Hospital is made only for making money, do not visit this hospital, very bad experience if you don't pay your money on time, they will immediately stop looking the cure

Fraud Fraud Fraud......... Don't believe me just visit yourself and see. I had a horrible experience with Doctor Ravindra Chhajed(whom i found on practo, he is a b#st#rd). I paid 600/- consultancy fee and when the doctor came(late) i made my query he started talking absurdly rude to me as if he is doing a favour to me and he also said that he doesn't care about reviews and told me i can give however bad review. This hospital is like a 5 star hotel(atleast in hotels you get food for the money that you have paid) where you pay too much money for being shiny and all the decorations but when you come out you feel like you have been robbed. Fraud Hospital Fraud Doctors. Last thing their is a known fact that doctors at govt hospitals are far more qualified than these doctors at private hospitals these private hospital doctors buy their MBBS Degree with money as their academic performance are pretty poor.
