Excellent staff(sisters and doctors) and helpful . Total focus on patient health and 100% focus on quick recovery . Management needs to be bit prompt and need more staff for better patient management. Discharge process is slow. Canteen is good but scope for increasing menu items is there. Overall 5star because result oriented

It's a money making venture. My close relative was admitted there two times and each time they delayed discharge for no good reason. A word of precaution to anyone trying to go here: They add extra charges in the final bill which could go unnoticed if you are not attentive. Staff and services are decent. Definitely NOT going there again.

Worst management. Had the worst experience with the lady who leads the department at the insurance counter (the place where we complete insurance related work and discharge related work). She will just fool you and will not cooperate and will delay your discharge from hospital. And the hospital also loots people. No one can come alive from this hospital. Stay away. BY THE WAY, ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS THAT YOU ARE SEEING HERE ARE FAKE PEOPLE WITH FAKE IDENTIFY. THEIR OWN PEOPLE HAVE PUT GOOD COMMENTS!

Still could not process my reimbursement claim and did not receive any support. They provide poor guidance on your health insurance policies. Do not care what the family of patient is going through. Focussed only on their business. Security guards are ill mannered.
