Mr Jadhav from billing section has some ego issues. Instead of being humble with patients, he says don't teach me my job. Anyways issue is that the hospital billing does not send 100% claim citing some IRDA rule, which is farce. Mr Jadhav makes all patients pay 20% of bill saying there are non admissible expenses which patient has to bear. He does not even check what policy type does one have and if it covers everything. Such hopeleas people.

My experience with this hospital is not very pleasant. The reception service and those at lab or OPD seat are not well behaved. What hurt more is post discharge behaviour. The cooperation with patient in full filling disease related papers for claiming reimbursement is horrible and dismal. Worst experience of my life.

It was terrible experience in this hospital, the junior doctors are really hopeless they didnot have care of the patients. The worse part is they are cool even if patient is serious as I had experience I was change the hospital. They are not systematic ,I think compare with junior doctor the nurses and mama and mavashi are more careful. Think twice whennyou choose wadia.

I m being honest to mention but in this hospital there is one lady doctor who dont understand what she is talking really pathetic person being doctor she does not have moral ethics she need to learn how to talk and behave with patients relative. Otherwise staff is really supportive and ward boy nice people n DR.Basu my fav one i really appreciate the way he concerned about his patients.

House keeping department job workers have no manners to talk with anyone. She is shouting like a dog. Employees are very bed and I should suggest them please go and learn how to speak with the peoples.
