I had a migraine attack and I went to this hospital ..my bank server wasn't working so I said gimme just 1 tablet n ill pay you 10 times on his personal number..n this employee kept me waiting for 20 mins..just for a tablet for my migraine which costed only 2rupees..and this was only bocz it was late night and no other medical was open..even chelaram hospital was asking me to pay 600 bucks just to get prescription just to get one tablet of paracetamol or nicip or nemusulide

My experience is really good, The staff is really very supportive, doctors cares for their each patient. Overall System is good and can be recommended to others.

Long post alert ! I would like to share my experience with Sahyadri Hospital Kuthrud branch. My Father-In-Law tested positive on 22nd Sept and looking at his age and medical history, we decided to admit him to hospital. After calling few hospitals for available bed, we reached out to this hospital via Mrs Smita Gadgil who helped us with the entire admission process. We were under pressure due to overall Corona situation in Pune, but Smita mam made it easy. She was available for us on call all the times and provided updates and answers to our countless questions. My FIL was admitted to the hospital for almost 16 days and during this period entire hospital staff was very friendly to him as well as with us. The progress of his medication and health was provided on timely manner. This made him and us comfortable. The doctors were providing close attention to every detail and were available for queries and consultation. My FIL came home safely. I'm glad that we reached out to Sahyadri and received best medical treatment on time and with perfection. We hear varied news from everywhere but our experience with Sahyadri was very good and will surely suggest this to my family and friends. Finally, salute to the staff, doctors who are risking their life for the benefit of the society. Thank you and appreciate all their efforts in such difficult time.
