Being mother and child hospital, they are very dedicated to health care service they offer. We recently had our new born delivered at ONP Leela. Even though it was at odd hours their staff was on war-footing to get things sorted and going immediately. Post procedure experience was also good. Staff was quite helpful, prompt and courteous. Nurses and their helpers were giving good suggestions to new mom to quickly accommodate to this very new change in her life. Timely follow-ups by on duty doctors helped a lot to new mom. Finally they also helped to get cashless settlement of insurance in hassle-free manner. So our entire effort was around mom and baby. All In All, this hospital and facility is surely one that any expecting parent should be looking for. Happy Parenting....

I delivered my 2nd child, a boy on 11 sep 2020 under the treatment of Dr sowmya kulkarni at this hospital. My overall experience is simply awesome amid this ongoing corona crisis. The place is well maintained, clean and hygeinic, The staff is very well supportive . Kavita maushi n babita maushi needs special mention. Pediatric dr Pankhuri answered all our queries evry time we needed solutions . Dr sowmya mam and smita mam pay full attention to their patients. Mr Sachin facilitated our entire journey very well smooth. Discharge was hassle free and quick. Overwhelmed by the services. Already recommended this hospital to one of my friend who is due next month

My Overall experience was awesome..Best hospital for maternity. We are completely satisfied from their response. Obstetrician Mr. & Mrs. Kedar Mararthe sir, we got help from them from start to end, Specially they will attend the call and clarifies our doubts. Dr. Satish Chavan, He is outstanding physician, He first supports morally and then focused on treatments. Dr. Pankhuri Sisodia, She is Pediatrician, She also explained everything in proper manner. Amid of Covid-19 crisis, Definitely we face the problem of man power in over all industries. Specially thanks to Nurses, Sisters and receptionist, I observed they are working extra time, hats off for their responsibility and hard work amid of covid-19 crisis, We got critical help from them. Billing department also helped to discharged early on our request. Overall facilities are worth : We can take treatment from any branch of ONP, We have the same ID and maintained history for all branches. Rooms are bigger and much cleaner. Just we compromise with Parking facility, It is there but its full most of the times. Canteen facility is there, but we were preferred home food, So no comments on it. Thanks to everyone again! Deciding the Hospital for Delivery was not an easy task, there were lots of ifs & buts to start with. The fact that i stay near to ONP gave me the idea to check out the hospital first. While our visit to ONP to check the rooms & details i found it to be clean & in good condition. I read many reviews stating how rude their staff is, but to be honest never had any of such experience. Everything went smooth with gods grace, i went back home healthy post delivery. We had the option of paperless & all the process related to it was also effortless. Overall we were satisfied with the hospital & would recommend to others as well.

Excellent service , extreme hygiene , well professional staff and very cordial and supportive . Big well cleaned rooms , 24*7 support available . Very safe for baby and mother - I recommend all 😍 One suggestion- please change the food (breakfast , lunch ,diner ) management and process . Need some Processed and well maintained staff and please use once use plates and spoons and airtight packed
