0 rating..pathetic service..need to follow up multiple times with their staff to get each and every work done...staff do not respond when you call them..you have to wait for long time when you go there..even for my test reports I went there twice to give my blood sample..every time you go there you will find a new person sitting at reception who is novice and does not know how to manage patients and solve their queries efficiently. They will take 10-15 min just to make your simple Dr visit bill which ideally should take 1 min. you yourself need to find the assistant to get your work done. visit here if you have ample time and you love to spend time in hospital.

Good infra, rooms and patience ambience. Systematic and well driven by Hospital management. Pediatrics and gynaecology are two good options here. South Indians in pune visit here for pediatrics which is definitely advisable. In patient services are also good, doctors are coperative. Canteen food is also good but menu needs improvement. Pharmacy staff are helpful and guide you.Health Insurance is accepted and concerns are resolved within time.

Good hospital in Kharadi, better service than nearby big hospitals. Billing process is a bit slower but can be improved.

Very bad experience.. would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital.. I was tested covid positive before my delivery due to which my gynecologist was not ready for my delivery and suggested me to visit this hospital. As my due date ws fast approaching I immediately rushed to this hospital to meet the doctor..Vinod Bharti.. Please note I am 9 months pregnant..they hv asked me to wait in the basement, parking area.. I hv reached the hospital at 1pm as per appointment and after repeated requests finally doctor meets my family (not me) at 3:30pm. I haven't eaten any food till then because they have sent me to the covid ward and asked me to wait till doctor meets my family. Doctor told my fly to get me admitted immediately as later there won't be beds available. I was admitted the same day (was given lunch at 5pm in the evening that too after reminding the nurse twice) Next day I had a C Section delivery. After delivery my baby wasn't given any vaccinations whatsoever. They dint even wrap my baby in any cloth and just sent her in some sheet from on floor to another. As I was covid positive..I ws in isolation alone in a room..which ws not in good condition.. bathroom ws dirty.. Staff is less..nurses are rude..Since I had a c section delivery, I needed help to get up ..but had to call them multiple times till somebody came..Dr Daisy was so rude..she said plz don't call again n again as we are short of staff..please start walking on your own without anybody's help.. I ws shocked at the way she spoke..and expecting me to start walking and using the washroom alone without anybody's help..I just had a surgery..what if I fall or get unconscious..who will come to help as I am alone in the room.. She dint have even a slight consideration about my condition and was instead arguing with me that her husband has a bigger surgery than mine and ws walking the next day without anybody's help🙄 Also, Dr Vinod met me directly in the operation theatre..and later he came to visit only once in the 7 days that I was admitted there..There ws no proper communication..my family dint know what's going on..cuz they kept changing their words..the doctor never answered my family's calls nor replied to their messages.. Had to pay hefty bill at discharge as they hv stated covid treatment..but service was ZERO. Had a very horrible experience with this hospital..never would want anybody to go through it..

Doctors is very good n all staff is very caring like as a family members n medical services is also quick.n canteen service is also good.
