Initial check and inquiry which were helpful, but as soon as they realised that the patient was from a lower economic group, the manner changed. Case papers although reasonable at first have to be made every 2 days, which is money totally wasted after the first one as the specialist made the kidney problem patient stand and while another was seated right there, refused to let her call her employer when she didn't understand what he was saying and gave a terse 2 minute verdict of kidney removal. He was rude and unhelpful as if doing her a favour, despite her making a new case paper to show him her reports. Without understand the case or the circumstances, patient was repeatedly ask by various staff - why did you not come earlier? What took you so long? not bothering to find out that it was a rare sudden kidney stone obstruction with no relevant prior symptoms. Shameful, given hat this hospital comes so highly recommended. Please be cautious.

It is a nice hospital and all staffs of this like nursing staffs,thecnical staffs, administration staffs,doctors are treated well and cooperative like Mahajan sir. I never forget this hospital in future.

I was working there for 3 years as biomedical engineer. Very supportive staff in biomedical department but management not good. Very difficult to take a vacation. Other departments staff, like ICU, dialysis, ward, they are sending unwanted complent directly to management and management shouting for staff, they are not leasing to staff.

WORST CASUALTY DOCTORS EVER!!!! I came here last year as I was having rash all over my body because of my allergy, which was unbearable even for 5 seconds. When I reach the casualty the lady doctor on duty harshly ask me to go to OPD. What kind of Hospital Casualty is this when Emergency cases as such cannot be treated. I went to Ruby Hospital later that day where they admit me for 3 days as my allergy cannot subside.
