My dad had recently done a surgerynDone by DR BRAJEN BARMAN..THE SURGERY WAS SUCCESSFUL ..N WAT TO SAY ABOUT DOCTOR ..SIMPLE YET SUPPORTIVE ..DIDNT FELT LIKE DOING OPERATION IN OT ..THANK YOU DOC N HEALTH CITY

Very bad experience. On 21/01/20 my 3yrs old son had undergone an urological surgery under Dr Brojen Barman, the surgery went well ,after surgery my son was shifted to surgical ICU and the doctors and nurses visited and took care of my son very well, but the real scene started as soon as my son was shifted to 7 share cabin no 1722 on 5th floor. He was having loose motion which is a common phenomenon post surgery in some patients, to get rid of the frequent change of bed sheets and labour of the housekeeping staff, the nurses suggested to put on diapers ,which resulted in infection of the fresh wound . And the nurse responsible didn't follow up with the doctor regarding the dosages and medicines.After billing the nurses kept me waiting for 3hrs telling that the discharge summary is not ready,and after that they asked me to walk on my own to ground floor with the patient as they don't have any wardboy to assist the patient to ground floor. They said that the wardboy available are busy with other patients. I want to ask you management that for the whole floor you have assigned only one or two wardboys. Will it not create chaos among other emergency patients as well. What was the floor manager responsible for doing at that time. Why he was not in the scene to manage the situation . This is not justified. The doctors are good but the nurses and management of the hospital is very poor, am very dissapointed. Only taking huge amount of money from patients doesn't fulfil your duty gentleman please assure good service in future to other patients as well. People only visit your hospital for the good bunch of doctors you have not for your hospitality and service. Please management keep a note and try to make it better in future. Regards.

Not even worthy of one star. Pathetic management with poor staff who doesn’t follow any rules and regulations made by them. Will give you appointment timing and than make you wait till infinity.
