Hotel is quite average but clean. Most of the amenities do not work like intercom, TV, flush of toilet to name a few. Quality of food is good and testy. But the billing stuff deliberately tries to raise the bill by including fake items like more minaral water etc.

Offered a room with faulty toilet. Very very bad experience. Hotel management argued over the same when informed politely.

Everything is good but the bed sheet, pillow covers all are dirty... Overall service is good..Please look into the matter.

Old hotel, not maintained properly. I stayed just for one night. The room was not that clean, old furnitures with marks. Toilet seat is not also proper. But, the room service is really great. I paid around Rs. 1800/- (booked through MMT)for a non deluxe room, which I must say is much above par.
