The Hospital is very Neat and Clean. I have been staying here for the last 10 days and almost everything has been very good. Very caring Nursing staff, people from management and almost every worker here are really good. Doctors are most times available for the IPD.nRooms are cleaned 3-4 times a day(broomed and mopped).

The nursing and housekeeping staff are on their toes. The service and attendance provided was well appreciated. The only concern is the reception area and the staff,we were made to wait quite long for the admission and guidance provided was not great. Hope it will change in the future.nOverall the hospital is definitely recommended ud83dudc4d

Hospital staff and service are good. But 1 star is for cheating with me.nI admitted to through ESIC.nESIC IS CASHLESS TREATMENT, BUT THEY CHARGE ME AROUND 20000 FOR MEDICINE IN CASH.nnIF ANYONE ADMITTED THROUGH ESIC, BEFORE ADMISSION CLEAR ALL THINGS AND TAKE A VIDEO RECORD FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

OK kind of Diagnostic centre. Most people come here on doctor’s reference only.nnIf you are here for the diagnostics, don’t wait up at the reception on the ground floor. Rather move straight up to 1st floor and enquire at the counter.nnRates for the tests are competitive. Tests are fair and most doctors hold them high and accurate.nnThe area around this facility is a nice small place with all the small town vibes.nnToo much of small cars around the narrow streets particularly destroys the peace and beauty of this area.

The diagnostic centre & hospital is just opposite to the Jyotsna Cinema at Borbari area, Dibrugarh. Firstly, it used to provide radiological diagnostics and pathological tests, but now, it is quite a full fledged hospital & propagating. Among various diagnostics centres with all top most equipments in the area, the hospital is surviving. Specially, the diagnostic laboratory is in the list of consecutive first five. Staff seems to be well equipped & well mannered but need to be volunteery to keep it surviving in the race of marketing by satisfying the customers. Facilities available up to the mark. Physicians of various field available. Most patients are on Doctor's reference. Cleanliness just ok, there are gaps. Report delivery on time. Parking lot available nearby. Location prime. Elevators available for patients.Timings can be rescheduled and stretched. Overall satisfying. Can be recommended for future visits.
