Locality is right at place, Technical staff work confidence and cooperation to customer is not satisfactory. Especially online account opening team is not compatible in fact unaware about work difficulties. Branch manager and staff team co ordination seems unhealthy towards customer satisfaction. Emergency / medically unfit clients priority to work completion is not there. Need to be improve approach towards system and process. Thanks and regards.
