Not the same as it used to be. I don't think the coffee machine is being cleaned properly everyday. The milk is supposed to be thick and foamy but it's not the case as there is too much water. Staff is always trying to cross sell stuffs which I understand but the pitch is not good. Brown sugar is not available most of the times. There used to be a time when CCD was all everyone had but now there is competition and CCD is loosing consistency and also customers.

The place is well maintained. The staff is immensely helpful and friendly . The coffee is great and with some great company it makes for a perfect evening coffee
