Sehgal Neo Hospital

My mother was admitted here initially for recovery of pancreatitis and subsequently for gall bladder removal. On both occasions, our experience with this hospital has been very good. Dr. Narin Sehgal and Dr. Manoj attended to my mother in a very sensitive and honest way. Thus far, she is recovering from gall bladder surgery fine.nnHowever, I want to specially mention one person who was truly amazing and remarkable than even the doctors. That was a nurse named Chandni. Chandni kept checking on my mother and us almost every two hours and made sure that whatever we needed was promptly provided. She was very polite and helpful right till the discharge. A truly amazing and caring nurse. I took her photo with her permission to put it here, because she deserves to be recognised.

COVID -19 has impacted everybody’s life and I am no different.nFrom First lockdown period to date each day I have been longing to break these shackless as quickly as possible so that I can meet friends and renew my old association.nMy prayers were heard sooner than I expected that on 28th of August 2020. I noticed that there is some uneasy feeling my family members were alarmed and carried out initial health-check at home and announced that I have fever.nCorona has deep impact on every family therefore without wasting any time I was rushed to nearby SEHGAL NEO HOSPITAL as no plea from my side was given any recognition. Being the elder of the House, WHO ARE MORE VULNERABLE TO CARONA VIRUS, so no chance was taken.nAs we were leaving for Hospital plethora of weird thoughts crossed my mind I HAD PRAYED TO SEE MY FRIENDS BUT NOT WISHED TO GO TO HOSPITAL WHERE THERE IS GOING TO BE GLOOMY ATMOSPHERE with these sickly feeling the car carrying me arrived at the entrance of SEHGAL NEO HOSPITAL.nTHE GATE MAN RUSHED TO OPEN THE DOOR OF MY CAR AND WITH SMILE RECEIVED US. A wheel chair with helper helped me to sit so that he can carry me to reception.nLo! in few minutes I was carried to reception where staff welcomed with warm smile .My family which was accompanying me quickly finished the formalities before I was ushered in to COVID -19 Testing Lab .nI was tested for CARONA and in short time I was cleared that I am not suffering from CARONAnWhat a sigh of relief it was for me and my family.nTill now the events were going past in such a rapid speed I was not able to comprehend whether I am in Hospital or at a decent Holiday Inn as staff made me feel very comfortable and help me ease my apprehensions which I had harbored while coming to Hospital.nI was wheeled by the attendant to undergo ECG, ECO TEST, Blood test and X-Ray etc.nAs soon as these Tests were completed keeping in view of my Age and condition I was admitted into Hospital.nI had very mixed feeling while I was being taken toward whether the ward will have very serious atmosphere and, gloomy environment.nWhen I was hauled to the ward I was very pleasantly surprised. The ward had very clean and well laid out beds which were very neatly furnished with tastefully linen I instantly fell in love with the ward.nIt has large windows which show lots of greenery conveying immense calming experience I really thought whether I am in a resort or hospital.nThe surprises were further stored for the ensuing days when I came in contact with DOCTORS.nThey were courteous and had enormous patience to listen to my woes.nThe Nursing and other staff took pains to take my care and make me feel at home.nThe food served is delicious and nutritious as it has a well equipped cafe attached to meet ones demand.nAs the days passed by on 02 September 2020, I was clinically evaluated by highly professional Doctors and on my request I was discharged with a proviso that I will maintain the same discipline as I had followed in the Hospital which I readily agreed to ensure.nSo, I was discharged and was being wheeled out by the most hospitable and courteous staff.nI had mixed feeling at the time of departure, excitement to reach sweet home but also for the Doctors, Nursing staff and other medical assistants who made my stay very comfortable and full of pleasure.nI will fail in my duty if I did not convey my heartfelt thanks to the Management of this Resort oh No Hospital for maintaining this Hospital efficiently with such High Standard. I shall cherish these memories for the rest of my life.

My wife was diagnosed with covid 19 coronavirus and I was diagnosed with pneumonia , we both were admitted to this hospital . We are very thankful to all the doctors , nurses and other staff members who took so much care of us . I really appreciate the efforts made by Dr. Sehgal , Ms. Himshikha and their team.nI highly recommend this hospital

This is the worst hospital for a delivery. The worst of them is Dr.Alka Jain. Through her artificial interventions, she will create a scenario for women with low risk pregnancies to go for a c section...stating the fear to their baby or the mother. The hospital has a more than 80 percent c section rate. She is rude and insensitive to the mother, at the time of delivery. This is from my personal experience here. Sadly, but truly the best example of where ....a hospital is exploiting mother's and families...for their own personal motives.

When i was diagnosed covid positive I was quite hesitant to go hospital but the treatment that I got at Sehgal Neo has changed my views about hospitals. My heartfelt thank you to all the staffs of Sehgal Neo, there was nothing like hospital. The ambience is so neat and tidy. Every staff member from nursing, housekeeping & canteen are really devoted to the task assigned and are doing their duties with full sincerity. My gratitude to Dr.Jai Khullar & his team who in every visit very minutely explained all day to day improvement and is all time cheering up the Covid patients with their warmth...Deep thank you to all at SNH.
