This hospital only cares for those who are willing to fill their bank account, one of my relatives tested positive and yesterday complained breathing issue, immediately he was taken to the hospital, unfortunately on the way he passed away. Hospital administration refused to cover his body and stored his body in refrigerator, today when body was taken to the cremation ground then they refused to take the body as it wasn't covered. So we covered the body on the road, in India hospitals specially private hospitals are meant to do the business, citizens do not matter for them, if they are not revenue generator for them. Private hospitals are based on sales strategy, wherein they see any patient coming in their hospitals as a customer. If you are brought dead then they will not even bother to cover your body.

My brother was admitted in emergency,I must admit they were agile,caring and very professional. The staff was humble and understood our needs and went out of there way in order to recover faster. Thank you

Worst service, communication gap in staff which creates problem for patients. They never mind to create trouble for senior citizens also. Despite approaching it, would be good to go for another option.
