Very badly maintained place. The AC water is dropping inside the rooms. Rooms are smelling badly. The massage was OK, not good. There was no hot water. The water was smeeling like sewer.

It was a worst experience for me.. Highly Unwelcoming n Untrained staff, major lack of professionalism, bad products, dingy rooms n smelly water. Had gone there for full body massage, full body scrub, pedicure n steam. Non relaxing masaage, cheap quality scrub, hardly any water for shower, average pedicure, n worst hair wash. When I dipped my feet for pedicure, I almost puked becoz the tub and the water were super stinking. Also I was extremely unhappy with the head massage, for she had almost pulled out my hair. I have been getting spa done for almost 5 years now, n trust me it was by far my worst experience. The question here is, how the hell is this Spa n Salon centre still surviving????
