Head massage man hands were shaking non-stop and they didn't resolve the issue.nI asked the receptionist if he had any medical issue that could result in such hands shaking she said no. I told her I wasn't satisfied she said 'I understand' 6 times but yet did nothing to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to the owner.. she said she was out of town and also had no mobile reception.nnVery disappointed with both the lack of prosfessionaliam of the staff esp. receptionist. Also such shaking hands if not a medical issue then probably a sign of alcoholism and therefore shouldn't be working there.nnAvoid this spa/parlour.
