Whole massage experience was really bad. I regretted going there. The masseuse Shalu kept looking at the watch while massaging half-heartedly. Giving the customer a good experience was not her priority. B2B experience was also not good. It was too mechanical and there was no pleasure, and I paid way too much! After the massage I felt like I was ripped off. This experience killed my liking for the massage and I’ve not gone to any massage after that.

Got b2b massage from Shalu. She was sweet and co-operative even though charge for extra service was quite high (3000-4000). Massage was decent.nFor those who are interested in extra service only, they don't provide BJs and full service.nAll in all, Even though it was quite expensive but it's good for first time experience.

Thank you, Thank you Thank you after a long trip from California to Delhi being tired and sore so I went to the lotus spa andnYou have a gift and great strength - this is the begining of my restoration and I look forward to it not being sore! The place was clean the team was good clean professional and well trained the they knew there job so yes best place to relax and I highly recommend this place for all the visitors local and international to go there .

I have given it 3 star because the charges for extra services are really high, though good. Moreover, they didn't give the option of choosing masseuses. You may find more better place than this if you explore. There are hundreds of spas in Malviya Nagar, Hauz Khas, CR park and GK 2 itself. Having said that it is not a bad option for the first timer.
