I wish I could give them a 0 star. They have complete pathetic services and pathetic customer care support. I had applied for Singapore visa with them. It turned out to be a nightmare dealing with them. My flight was on 25th December and they forgot the passport and visa documents in Delhi itself and kept saying that they sent the documents a day before (24th Dec) . Later they agreed that the documents were missed while sending. I finally had to pay them Rupees 3800 so that they could send it from a flight from Delhi. Only in the last 20-30 seconds before the boarding closes for my airlines, I got my visa and passport. An absolute nightmare this agency is. They are not responsible enough to own their mistake and pay for the flight charges that I had to bear. I ended up spending 7k, which I could have done at much lesser price with any other reputed Travel Agency and without the horrible experience I went through.

Horrible fake scam website-do not ever make the mistake of giving them your money like you’re better of just giving it away to charity
