Customer Service was good. But I booked for Agra for me as a single traveller, none of them booked that day, so they cancelled the trip, but customer call service was good, they asked for other days/options which is to be appreciated

I had really a good experience with Panicker's Travel recently. I booked a kullu Manali tour, alongwith flight(TVM - Delhi) and paid a total of 41500 as advance+flight. But, unfortunately due to covid-19, the whole tour was cancelled. So, I requested for refund in their Trivandrum office. They refunded me almost the full tour amount and the flight ticket amount without any problem. In future also I will always book all my tours via panicker's travels only. I have been told by many of my friends that they are the best to book North Indian tours. Thank you Panicker's Travel.
