Clove Dental

I had worst experience of my life at clove dental clinic. Doctor is inexperienced, they are totally money minded, poor diagnose and sub standard treatment is given. They extracted my wisdom teeth without planning, without consulting senior or any other expert on the same day of my first visit to the clinic and even they didn't tell me the complications about nerve related risk during the surgery. After the surgery right from the first day I was telling doctor Amit Pathak about the pain I was going on, I suffered a lot and was continuously telling the doctor over phone calls and messages about pain and stress that I was going through. I visited the clinic twice, they charged on every visit and asked me get RCT of other teeth. I told them several times the pain is at the site from the wisdom tooth had been extracted and I don't feel a need a of RCT, But the dentist, didn't pay any attention to my symtoms and pain and he misguided me and let me suffer in pain for more than one month and a half. Then I decided to consult in a reputed hospital and consulted a senior dental expert, they advised for a CBCT scan of the extracted tooth. The report of CT revealed that the root fragment or a piece of root has left inside the socket and the nerve is also damaged. I was shocked to know that the Doctor told me the extraction of left root piece can worsen the pain and can cause more damage to the nerve. He informed me that in this situation it would take six months in healing and the pain will take a time of 6 to 10 months. I was in shock and pain after hearing this. I informed about this to Clove's Doctor Amit Pathak and asked him why he didn't inform me about the left root part and nerve damage, how could he be so irresponsible and inhumane. They charged heavy amount for a single tooth extraction and then they have nothing to do with the patient. Even then, he did not referred my case to any expert in their organisation. I decided to register my complaint over phone and after many conversations over phone and emails the Clove arranged a meeting with their expert team. I went to meet them but in the team only one senior doctor was there. The doctor didn't accept their fault and they were more interested to make their case strong as I warned them for legal action too. But she accepted that the tooth piece has left inside and prescribed nerve relaxing medicine and vitamin B tablet. I am still in pain and after the they called me for review, I informed them pain is persistent. I am still in pain and pain become unbearable in nights. I am unable to eat from that site and its been 4 months. Those who are reading this review please be aware about the thing before getting treatment as nobody will listen and they will never accept their fault, they will never come forward to help you, they took your money and peace and they have nothing to do with your pain now.

I recently visited the Kamla Nagar branch for my wisdom teeth. Was happy to see all the covid precautions being properly taken and satisfied with Dr. Neha 's treatment. The quality of masks however, which they provided, seemed poor. All else was good.

A former orthodontic patient for 2 years and I really appreciate their hospitality and ambiance.nThe doctors and staffs provide excellent services and are highly skilled in their respective profession. My final outcome with the treatment is outstanding and satisfactory.
