HinI did not get the good experience to visit Dr Chen's clinic. I visit him to check my wisdom teeth as I am getting a seviour pain but during the visit there way to interact with me was very annoying. He did not respon properly and very much interested to extract the wisdom teeth. I told him, it will be good if he can take the X-ray first and give me some relief from pain but he said I know well but that's true that's why I visited him but his way was strange then he wrote me the medicine when I visit the pharmacy which is infront of his clinic when he ask for the price that was RS 1250 which is too much, when I check the medicine that was just painkiller and antibiotics and intentioly he wrote an expensive medicine or might be I did not accept his offer.nAs we all knows every doctor has his commission from the medicine and same is here but this much, strange.....I can pass only my suggestion check someone else but this is also true you can not save your pocket from today's doctors as all are the same, ready to steal your money.

My Root Canal Treatment with Dr Chen's Dental Clinic was a very good one. They have got good doctors and very polite staff. Dr Chen himself is a very nice person. Overall experience pretty good.

I had a 100 % perfect experience with Dr Chen who is very experienced and a perfectionist.Hygenically pretty good and treatmentwise perfect and I am fully satisfied with my treatment.

Very poor & bad - entered what was a tiny room unfit for purpose. Dr Chen himself came & him, Dr Nandini Jaiswal & a cleaner were all stuffed in the cramped space. The TV was on at a loud volume & upon reasonably requesting to lower this as we couldn't hear him, this was met with refusal. Dr Nandini kept staring at us in a contemptuous manner. He replied that as long as he can hear us, that's all that matters. It was a disturbance & distraction.nnWe then enquired how they sterilise the dental instruments, as we saw the cleaner causally wiping them with a rag. It became apparent that their sterilisation procedures were inadequate. There was no autoclave in sight. Instead of putting our mind at ease, Dr Chen took offence (as if he was caught or there was something to hide) & asked us to leave.nnAdvice - avoid this place: one is certainly likely to contract infection & leave with more problems after visiting. Their attitude is appalling & some dentists don't appear to understand English!
