Ordered bouquet many times and the people for whom I ordered liked it all the time. The only thing which needs improvement is the wrapping, could be better.

Ordered flowers & chocolates for my niece in Mumbai...from Ferns & Petals, New friends colony branch, paid full amount in advance as they said on the tele conversation...had selected the flowers & chocolates from their website...nBut was very disappointed & dissatisfied by their service..they did not deliver what they promised & showed on the website..called them many times & they did not bother to give a proper answer or deliver what was asked for...
