Hi Admin, I have given 10k for parking permission last year in May 2018 as 5k was security deposit, Mrs Monica who has cleared the docs with sign n all still not initiated my refund. It's been more than one year n continouslco follow up, the whole department is playing around, just want to raised this concern with the Director of sports authority so that things will come in picture. Have mailed them all the documents still they are not eager to revert back n when I called them they always put on one another stating that we have asked them to clear, is the soprts authority of Goa has gone so down that they do not have 5K to return thats without interest. Have some shame specially the staff which is working there. If the issue will not get solved on priority will take the things legally.
