Very bad service...the cloth was not so good as the price...the lady expresion like ''tumhre okat nahi hai....very very disappointed..naam bade aur darsion chote....

I ordered a saree and a stitched blouse online from Mumbai store and delivering to my house in the US. The blouse was perfectly stitched but a little lose over the sleeves. The online WhatsApp help was great that I sent my blouse measurements online and they considered it well. The saree is beautiful too, appropriate to the description. I was hoping a more of silk than cotton as it was looking from the catalog pictures but still then the overall saree is beautiful.

Ordering from Kalki is a nightmare. Once you have paid for the order, there is no means to get the status of the order. I have tried all the modes (email, call, social media), but no response. They have enough time to spam your inboxes with promotional emails and update their social media handle. But customer service is not on their list. I have placed an order for an upcoming event, even paid the amount. Now I am regretting. And now when I am reading the reviews, I can see they are doing this to all of their customers. So, basically they take the money for the product, which they do not plan to deliver. All the money you have paid, goes into their account. These folks are running a scam in the name of fashion house.

I am Pritika, this is my first order from you and unfortunately it failed to impress me. It's sad to see the saree that arrived is having glitter all over it and now all over me. To make things worse, the sequin started falling off the moment I took it out from the packaging it just looks like a low quality product. Nothing close to an outfit worth 8424/- (after 10% off) I would request you to take a look into this. Please be informed that I am not going to put this saree on my body and be a walking glitter. It's so embarrassing. I heard so highly of you but looks like I should have gone with traditional shopping with a better designer house. Pfb video of the product I received.
