Amazing styles , fabulous quality and super price point. Love most of their styles. What’s amazing is that their shoes are super comfy but at the same time look so so stylish... can’t wait to order some more Cai shoes!! Kudos to the entire Cai team!

An amazing team with a very supportive and positive attitude. Ordered online, and due to a small misunderstanding and delay the team sent a beautiful gift to Compensate for the delay.. Totally loved the gesture.! Would love to shop with them again..!

Rating them 1 only because that is the lowest available option. First buy, and worst experience ever. They will charge you for every exchange! I had requested for an exchange, and categorically mentioned my requirement but still the pair I got was not up to the mark. Multiple reminders were sent but still they won't get back in time. They make you wait for minimum two to three weeks and this is the kind of experience you will get. To top it all, they haven't even replied on my last message. Horrible experience. You can't deliver a proper product, you can't even refund. All you can do is trouble your customers and make them wait for the longest period. Never recommending anyone!
