I love the products but I am highly dissatisfied with the service. Both service and staff are pathetic. The staff will not answer your calls, read your WhatsApp message but not reply. They are reluctant to co-ordinate with customers. They behave as if they are doing some favour on us. The worst part, they deliver products only after 8pm where order is placed at 11:30am. The vegetables loose their freshness by that time. My last order was not delivered even by 9:15pm., I had to cancel the order. Dissatisfied, though I like the products very much.

I used to really like buying from this place. But recently the produce quality is extremely low. So shifted back to buying from Nature's Basket. More than the product ( which I understand is perishable) it's the staff, nobody seems to be willing to answer queries or help out expect for a lady , The other staff act like you owe them something, And even after you write to the owner there seems to be no response from their side.

I love your store , I think it’s obvious , I buy stuff everyday , my kids have started organic healthy food thanks to you , because though everything is organic and healthy without preservatives , it always tastes fantastic , brew house has been a huge hit , the ginger oat cookies ,the spinach and beetroot Rotis are all awesome ....thank you for providing us with healthy , tasty food items

I used to go to the Farmers market and was overjoyed when the shop opened as I didn’t have to organise my life to once a week shopping. Having fresh veggies and fruits twice-thrice a week is a great boon but I appreciate the range of products that they stock as well like household cleaning and the yummies they keep introducing like the snacks and desserts.
