Worst experience. I booked my two tickets and I applied for my refund and they just cheated us by charging TDS and DOM. When I contacted Eithad they said there are no such taxes to be charged we only charge for cancellation fees. This company is fraud and they are not giving my refund money which is more than 2 lakhs.

1 star is compulsary but i give negative stars. Company has very bad ivr system. I bet, you won't reach right person before 5 min. Because holding time is 5 min for every call. After holding time many a times call gets disconnected automatically. And, if you are lucky then only you will reach operator and after that more hold time to reach right person and finaly when you reach right person after a long time they will only listen your querry and ask you pls. Send us mail about your querry. They never solve our querry on call. Very very lasy staff.

Best travel company. Reliable and trustworthy. It is a pleasure working with Pallavi in tours. She handles requests with patience and will always talk calmly. They will make the itinerary to customer satisfaction and will even followup and assist customers on their tour if they need any support. They process visas regardless of whether you have booked tickets through them. All the people are very supportive in every department. I enjoy working with this company.
