0 stars. Avoid this outfit. Many Lies. Supposed to catch bus near Mumbai main station. We are told 200 rupees each (180 in brochure) which we payed in the morning at a tiny hidden “office”. Then we are told we need to catch up to the bus by cab (which we pay for). We were told when to be at that office. It’s not that we were late. Finally we locate and get on the bus and then we are told we must pay another 200 each because it’s an air conditioned bus. Then at the gate of India the guide wants more money. That’s when we put an end to it. Got our air “con” bus $ back and hired a cab for a 3 hour tailor made tour for 1,500 for both of us. We went back to the “office” and tried to get our first 400 back. No luck there of coarse. We were told that it was for the saved seats which we reserved even though the bus was half empty. I am spending (hopefully not wasting) my time here so you don’t waste yours.
