Seriously disappointing. Do yourself a favour and plan your own trip! We went to Vietnam and Cambodia and asked for a luxury tour and it was more like a backpackers trip. Our agent gave us no options and our tour guides barely spoke English. We got booked on the worst cruise of our lives as well. Would not recommend at all.

No one should ever book flight from Akbar. They have the worst refund policy. I had booked a return flight from Mumbai to Dallas and now when I want to extend my stay in Dallas they are saying they do not have any flight seat available for the whole month April and may. How is that possible when I have been checking their site for the past 4 days and it says seats are available. When I asked them to refund the partially used ticket they said there won't be any refund . Worse refund policy ever. When we are ready to pay additional fee for reissuing the ticket they have not even mentioned the amount or replied properly and when I asked for cancellation they have mailed me twice asking if I want to cancel the ticket so that they get the cancellation money rather than the airlines.

still waiting for the refund from akbar travels which was booked on April 2018 with Jet Airways. Very poor customer service.

Misleading information from Ghatkopar Branch. There were huge price difference between Ghatkopar and Dadar office. I was looking for Malaysian Visa. They said charges would be around 3,500 per head and after 2 days their charges went up to 4,200 rupees as currency fluctuation. When i called there Dadar office they said charges was 3,200 rupees only with all inclusive. When i asked them about price difference they said every agent charge differently.
