Horrible people to deal with..... Actually there are no people only computerised systems which do not address your needs. Please avoid and book directly with airlines and or hotels.

They took my 40k Rs. For a flight booking and then cancelled it for no reason and then told me I have to wait 12 days to get my money back in my account. I had to cancel my trip because of them also lost money which spend for my hotel booking from different site. Rajneesh mishra ,Chayan sarkar were the guys I spoke with Customer service is worst. They don't even understand what your problem is. Keep repeating the line whatever pops up on their screen. Keep transferring the line to different departments and no body know what is exactly going on.
