Lied to us about tolls being included in fare. Extremely overpriced and bad service. Only took this cab because Uber ola lines were long and Akbar booth was empty. Now I know why.

Rip offs.... don't use them!!! They charge 4 times the price, better to use cool cabs... We thought it would be safer to use them but they charged 1000 rupees for something that cost us 200-300 rupees...

I was a member there trust me they are worst enough to handle the customer's. And they will charge you as per your appearance. I had personal experience with them. So better you avoid this travel agency and go for ola and uber. Worst staff and fake promises.

Absolutely disgusting. Driver slept all the way from Mumbai to Pune. Please do not risk your life with travels. Unprofessional and zero driving sense. On an expressway he never maintained one minute of lane discipline. These drivers and travels make India unsafe and highly accident prone. Extremely grateful to reach home somehow.

Don’t risk your life. Take OLA. We took Innova on 10/Feb/2020 at around 10 PM to go to Pune. After covering more than half of the distance, driver was dozing off. I moved to front seat and could literally see his eyes closing and head drop. We were still on expressway. I kept talking to him, forced him to take breaks, bought tea for him but he couldn’t control it. He said he had a drop few minutes before. Then right after that they gave him our drop. We asked him to take break and sleep for some time in car as we had no rush (rather wanted to be safe) But the poor guy had early morning pick up from Lonawala, so he didn’t want to be late there. We finally asked him to stop at one point and called one our relatives. That relative drove in his car until that spot and we moved from this life threatening car to a safer one. In short they overwork their drivers to the extent that it becomes a life threatening situation for passengers. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
