Avoid booking car from their airport counter... They book more they can handle... Resulting in long delays yo get the cab. Since they accept payment at the time of the booking, you have no other option but to go through the ordeal of delay. There is no process of refund due to delay. Avoid at any cost

Guys be careful when you are booking a outstation trip especially Mumbai domestic airport to Pune.. they spontaneously hire unverified drivers who is picked up just outside the airport through goons.. there is always a risk.

I took a cab from Mumbai International airport to IIT Powai, and they charged me Rs 1200 for an AC car. The correct price should not be more than 800. Clearly they are cheats! Never use their service.
