No help at all for students. All they are good for is exploiting rules and loopholes to charge students huge amounts of money for.

Came to visit friends and parked legally and paid them to park in their garage in a non permit zone then received a citation on top of the garage fee for a violation there was no way I could have known about. Absolute crooks who have no concern for people who just want to IU they just want to make money.

The parking office employees are kind and considerate, but their policies and practices are not only illogical, they are frankly immoral. They sell a larger quantity of passes than there are parking spots and then ticket students who are forced to either park at a meter or in the premium spots. Couple that with exorbitant pricing and you have the perfect recipe for a bureaucratic nightmare.
