The worst service provided inside the store. Purchased a pair of shoes and they have not even provided any carry bag/box for the product. Paid extra for carry bag. Even manager is trying to say us that we are selling at this low cost because we're not providing bags/boxes and you have to take it by your own (in hand). If a person pays 10rs for parking then he is also able to pay for bag as well. Totally worthless behavior and inappropriate answers. Also no refund policy in products. If this is the scenario, I would like to happily purchase from others who at least don't mess in this small things that makes no sense.nnNot recommending it at all.

It's a very good store where you get all the sports equipments at a very reasonable rate and the quality of the products is also very good. Overall amazing experience in the store and staff is also very supportive.

The store has a unique way of payment. You scan the product yourself and pay through Decathlon app only. No cash payment accepted. I really appreciate their effort to implement social distancing and to motivate the citizens to move to online payments.nnI really liked this idea. It really saved my time.
